Where do you ship?
Currently we ship to all 50 US states, although we’d be surprised if anyone in Hawaii needs a chunky winter scarf, we don’t judge.


How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE USPS Priority Shipping on all scarves, which means you’ll get your scarf 1-3 days from the time your order is processed. Not fast enough? For an additional fee, we offer overnight shipping via FedEx. Single art prints ship via USPS First-Class Mail (multiple prints via USPS Priority).


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and PayPal as payment.


How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number. Simply click “Track My Order” in the email and enter the tracking number—it’s as simple as that. (Not applicable to single art print orders.)


 Do you offer gift wrapping or personal messages?
All our scarves are shipped in our signature laetly boxes that are great for gift giving. Additionally, you can add a personalized gift message to your order—simply write it in under "Order Comments" at checkout. Prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard mailers.


What’s your return policy?
We try not to take returns personally, so we offer free returns up to 30 days from your date of purchase—no bogus restocking or surprise return shipping fees either. Art prints, however, are non-refundable. 


How do I return my order? Here’s how:

Visit our Returns Center. Enter your order number and email, and click “Find Your Order.”  

• Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason (be honest), then click “Return Items.” 

• Download and print the shipping label. 

• Repack your items and packing slip in the original packaging. 

• Drop off at the nearest UPS authorized shipping location.
